Frequently Asked Questions
How soon can we start?
I only work with 10 people or so at a time, and they are starting and finishing at different times. Usually we can start within a few days as your schedule allows, and we set the schedule moving forward on the first session so the time is set aside for both of us upfront.
How much notice do you need for a speaking engagement?
Usually 2-3 weeks minimum, but most engagements are set 2-3 months in advance.
Can I pay session by session?
Yes. The session packages are discounted off the basic hourly rate to extend savings opportunities. Individual sessions are scheduled upon payment, not in advance.
Can sessions be rescheduled?
Yes, 24 hour notice is required to reschedule.
Do you meet in person, via phone or video chat?
Yes to all 3 – whatever you prefer is fine. Location and geography play into setting in-person meetings, though.
Do packages expire?
Yes, all packages expire one year from date of purchase. Sessions are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
