Coaching Services Statement
The purpose of this Coaching Services Statement is to outline the scope and nature of the business, executive, and leadership coaching services provided by Carolyn Thompson.
Coaching is a collaborative partnership designed to support clients in clarifying goals, strengthening leadership capabilities, and achieving meaningful professional outcomes.

Scheduling of Sessions
Coaching sessions will occur on a regular schedule to be mutually determined by the Coach and Client. Each session will last approximately one hour and be conducted via phone, video conference, or in-person.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
The Client is required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, the session will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Roles and Responsibilities
Coaching is a co-creative process in which both the Coach and Client share responsibilities to achieve success
Coach Responsibilities
The Coach will provide guidance, tools, and accountability to support the Client’s growth and decision-making process.
Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for actively participating in sessions, completing agreed-upon actions, and implementing strategies discussed.
Limitations of Coaching
All final business decisions, including but not limited to those regarding market strategy, competitive intelligence, and pricing, are the sole responsibility of the Client. The Coach provides recommendations and guidance based on professional expertise but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Fees
Coaching services are offered in session packages as listed on CarolynThompson.net. Prepayment is required prior to commencement of services and expire one year from date of purchase.
